Q. I'm a Florida resident and i am trying to transfer from an out of state 4 year university and go back home to a Florida 4 year university. At UF, the deadline for applying for the Spring semester was Sept 15th. I think you can still get into a community college. If I was you, I would call up the college and see if they can make an exception for you but I doubt it since so many from out of state apply to Florida universities because tuition is so cheap compared to other states.
